Khloe Kardashian Shares Her Pregnancy Workout — And It's No Joke!

Khloé Kardashian is making sure her pregnancy is as healthy as possible, and one of the ways she is doing that is by working out like a boss!

Khloe Kardashian isn't letting pregnancy get in the way of her healthy lifestyle!

The "Revenge Body" star — currently six months pregnant with her first child with her NBA star boyfriend Tristan Thompson — shared a video with details about her maternity workout on social media over the weekend. Let's just say it is no joke.

To get her heartbeat racing, the 33-year-old warmed up with some cardio by doing "30 minutes on the stairs" (aka the stair machine) before she started training with a pro, People reported.

"Body in motion stays in motion," she quipped during her circuit-training session. Her grueling workout included doing pull-downs with resistance bands around her legs and pumping iron on an exercise ball. Neither is easy, especially when you are carrying a baby in your belly!

Other exercises included balancing on the WAFF — an inflatable balancing tool commonly used by professional athletes. "It's harder than it looks," she says. "All core."

This isn't the first time Khloe has invited fans to her workout sessions. Her intense routines have attracted some negative attention from the mommy shamers. (Haters gonna hate.) Late last year the expectant reality star was slammed for her rigorous sweat-shedding regimen. As exercise is actually recommended and encouraged by most physicians, she clapped back and schooled them with the facts.

"For the ones who think they are physicians all of a sudden," she wrote, sharing a Fit Pregnancy article on the topic. "MY doctor and I communicate and my workouts are cleared and highly recommended. Thanks kiddos! Don't make me stop sharing s***."

She continued defending herself this year in an interview with ET. "It's bizarre to me that people don't want me to be happy and stay healthy and fit. My doctor wants me to work out every day if I could. So I'm doing doctor's orders, and I feel good," she said.

"Whatever you do before you're pregnant, you're allowed to continue, and they say it leads for a better delivery. I feel great, and I would feel horrible if I was just sitting around, overeating all day…. I don't have swollen feet. I don't have a lot of these things because I'm staying so active right now. So as long as I can I want to keep that up."

Staying in shape during pregnancy has both short- and long-term payoffs (provided you clear it with your doctor, of course). Not only can it be a great energy booster, it can help you sleep, aid with aches and pains and build your endurance for labor. It also can help you get back in shape quickly postpartum.
