Research studies have generally linked coffee consumption with positive effects -- yet consuming too much caffeine or quitting drinking it altogether might potentially have some negative effects on your health, such as indirectly causing potential damage to your skin.

Caffeine and its effects

Many adults prefer drinking coffee due to its flavor, but coffee is also popular due to its concentrated dosages of caffeine as compared to other beverages. When consumed in moderation, caffeine help people feel less sleepy, increasing their ability to focus and stay mentally alert.
