Meal delivery system eDiets provides chef-prepared meals, which you choose from among over 150 online options, for about $140 weekly. You consume three meals and one snack daily. The meals are higher in calories than some other plans, about 1,150 to 1,670 calories per day, resulting in weight loss of about 1 to 2 lbs. per week. Meals are refrigerated and delivered once a week.
