Calories in Regular Version

Customers can purchase regular Vanilla Bean Creme Frappuccinos made with whole milk in three sizes. A tall is 12 oz. and has 200 calories, a grande is 16 oz. with 270 calories, and a venti is 24 oz. with 370 calories. In comparison, standard vanilla-flavored milkshakes have about 380, 510 and 760 calories in the respective equivalent sizes.

Calories in Lower-Fat Versions

Frappuccinos are popular in part because you can customize the ingredients to suit your preferences. Vanilla Bean Creme Frappuccinos made with 2 percent milk or nondairy soy milk have about 10 fewer calories than whole-milk orders, and those with nonfat skim milk have 50 fewer calories in venti orders and 30 fewer calories in the two smaller sizes.

Topping Calories

Vanilla Bean Creme Frappuccinos come with whipped cream on top by request. Beware, however -- the sweet topping adds 80 calories to tall orders and approximately 120 calories to grande and venti orders.
