Who doesn't need a little indulgent self-care once in a while? Those who can afford it tend to think nothing about hitting the spa: The global wellness industry is a $3.7 trillion market, according to the Global Wellness Institute. What's more, now there are a multitude of services that deliver! We scoured the internet (so you wouldn't have to) to let you know about the -- occasionally wacky -- wellness treatments that bring the latest and greatest spa treats straight to your door.

1. Get Glowing

The cleverly named at-home spray-tan service Glowjob will get you golden "anywhere, anytime" with a custom, heat-infused airbrush. It's the "first and only airbrush tanning concierge service in New York City," and you can get a fully customizable spray tan at 2 a.m. (presumably right before board your private plane and jet off to an awards ceremony.)

2. Mobile Manis

When you first hear the name of this service, The Nail Truck, it's hard not to envision a stream of women hearing the faint jingle of its approach and dashing out of their homes, waving their cash for a mani-pedi just as kids would for an ice cream truck. The Southern California-based The Nail Truck offers all the comforts of a complete nail salon in a cool, mobile, vintage airstream trailer. With just the swipe of a credit card, it will swing by your office, home or party to glamorize your fingers and toes.

3. Bite Massages

Celebrity massage therapist Dr. Dot's healing hands have long been out there rubbing some seriously famous backs, such as those attached to David Bowie, Mick Jagger, Mariah Carey and Lady Gaga. According to Refinery29, Simon Cowell once flew Dr. Dot to London to get her famous bite massage. "Before adding any oil, I bite the whole back up and down in a very fluid motion, bit by bit, avoiding any bones. I take big bites, obviously not firm enough to break skin, but firm and deep enough to grab and 'tenderize' the back muscles, warming them up for the real rubdown that follows," she said. Rawr!

4. I.V. Drip Therapies

Hungover? Have horrible jet lag? Or worse, the ever-dreaded food poisoning? For a cool 400 bucks (and under), at-home hydration services like The I.V. Doc make house calls — complete with hydration therapies and whatever I.V. fluid or medicinal miracle you require to perk you up in no time. On the menu: vitamin B and C drips and their "Deathbed Relief" package, which includes up to 2,000 milliliters of I.V. fluid as well as an anti-nausea, anti-heartburn and anti-inflammatory cocktail to bring your sorry behind back to life.

5. Your Very Own Glamsquad

The ultimate in pampering, Glamsquad has nearly become a verb in the cities in which they operate — New York, Los Angeles, Miami and Washington. Have a once-in-a-lifetime event and no time to go salon-hopping? Or just dying to feel like a Real Housewife? The Glamsquad will come to wherever you are and make you over anytime, anywhere. Get your hair blown out and styled in a fancy updo, a full facial with makeup applied with an airbrush and a mani-pedi — all from one handy, mobile glam crew. You'll wow your adoring fans in record time.

6. Flight-worthy Facials

Suffering through a breakout that might inspire hibernation? Bothered by pores that resemble caverns? Some famous facialists actually make house calls. Celebrity facialist Joanna Vargas told DuJour she delivers a variety of her trademark services — mainly to her local L.A. clients who'd rather avoid traffic. However, in the article she also gives a shout-out to one East Coast married couple, who regularly pay for her to visit their Hamptons abode, where she joins them for lunch following two-and-a-half hour facials. Rough life.

7. Placenta Facials

Yep, that kind of placenta. This popular celebrity-favored facial is a can-do at home for some patients who frequent Dr. Harold Lancer's Beverly Hills clinic, according to Time. Promising "baby soft" skin (literally), the formula uses an "FDA-approved biological protein derivative from human placenta." Once you are cleansed and exfoliated, the "living broth of human-derived, purified tissue" is slathered all over your face and topped with a mesh mask to help it all sink in. It'll cost you half a grand, but at least that includes the house call and aftercare products to keep your smooth skin intact.

8. Needles and Fillers

A U.K. spa company called Spa By Car has a fleet of vehicles on hand to deliver more than just your average mani-pedi or spray tan. Their home treatments bring some of the most physically transformative services right to your doorstep — like microneedling, a procedure in which tiny needles are rolled over the skin, lightly puncturing your face to stimulate blood flow and collagen growth while the wounds heal.

9. Pampered Pups

Are you loath to deny your four-legged friend the same fabulous indulgences you favor? New York Veterinary Acupuncture brings the best assortment of healing modalities to you. Specializing in traditional Chinese veterinary medicine, they'll come over and give your pooch standard treatments like postsurgical rehab, acupuncture and tui na (massage). They'll also determine which Chinese herbs and/or diet modifications might make all the difference in getting your pup back to woofing shape.
