Chicken wings, move aside! There's a new "wing" in town, and it's neither fried nor even made from chicken. Our healthy twist features crisp cauliflower florets doused in a spicy, honey-lime sauce. And while it's vegetarian, even meat eaters won't be able to resist having more than just one.

To begin, you'll batter cauliflower florets in a chickpea flour mixture. Rich in sulforaphane, cauliflower can help fight cancer and boost heart health. It's also packed with antioxidants and phytonutrients that can protect your body against free-radical damage.

Next, arrange the pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes. And finally, you'll pour a Sriracha, honey and sesame oil sauce over the florets just before serving.

Not a fan of Sriracha? Feel free to swap in your favorite wings sauce, such as Buffalo or teriyaki.
