A 16-ounce serving of boba milk tea contains between 279 and 317 calories, according to LIVESTRONG's food database MyPlate. When following a 2,000-calorie diet, this provides 14 to 16 percent of your daily calories. Any additional fruit juices or other flavorings increase the calories in this beverage.

Carbohydrates, Protein and Fat
